The Pawn industry is subject to extensive regulation. Best Pawn takes its obligations to comply with those regulations very seriously.

At the time of transaction, Best Pawn will require valid identification of the seller. If the item involved in the transaction has additional documentation requirements, the customer will be informed of those. Best Pawn will hold all items for the period required by law, to allow a verification that the items are eligible for resale.

Best Pawn extends full cooperation to Law Enforcement with regard to any of its transactions.
